Ordered a number of different flavours and all went well for a couple of months then as one flavour was not available they cancelled the whole order and didn't even bother telling me , avoid this company there are more reliable ones out there . I contacted customer services who gave me a generic reply and were totally unhelpful.

I had to contact customer service about a delivery not received. I got excellent service and the call handler really listened and acted on my concerns.
To date I haven’t received the replacement order but have received an email to say it’s been dispatched. I have been ordering from Blu for a long time and this is my first issue. I am hopeful it will be resolved soon.
Despite this incident I would recommend Blu products

the clearomisers used to last week.. now they tend to taste old after a day or 2. I have a drawer full of batteries that no clearomiser will attach to. They are now useless. the quality of the clearomisers and the batteries seems to have plummeted, meaning you have to spend more money, more often , to get the standard quality that is expected. I imagine they are doing it on purpose.

I'm a severely disabled pensioner who is housebound. I have to rely on the internet to make sure that I have food, packages picked up and more. I've been with blu for many, many years and it was blu that made it possible to stop smoking and I'll always be grateful. This last time I needed to get help with one of the items I bought from you I was repeatedly asked to do a multitude of things, to tell the order that the item came from, to provide multiple pictures of the item in different angles and more. I have only partial use of my dominant hand which makes it even harder. I was extremely disappointed with blu because I've never caused any problems or asked for refunds. All I was trying to do was let them know that there was an issue with one of the items.

Originally when they used royal mail the service was perfect and i would receive my order the day after payment taken. Now they use yodel who are absolutely rubbish and I am lucky if I get my order a week after payment is taken. I have offered to contribute to postage costs for the old service many times but they never respond to that question.
