You have up to 30 days to submit the required documents from the date you receive the first eligibility verification email or text. We will send you email and text reminders every five days for 30 days.

An affiliation code is provided by pre-approved FirstNet agencies. If your agency is already a verified FirstNet customer, individual public safety professionals can sign up using their agency’s affiliation code to help expedite the eligibility process. Ask your agency’s admin for the affiliation code and enter the code when requested during the sign-up process.
