Kings' Glenn Gawdin: Nets pair for Reign
Gawdin scored twice in AHL Ontario's 4-3 overtime win over San Diego on Saturday.
Gawdin is up to three goals and eight points through 12 appearances this season. The 28-year-old forward had a career-best 26 goals and 62 points in 72 regular-season outings with the Reign last year, but he's off to a slower start in 2025-26. Even so, the Kings tend not to make a lot of roster moves unless they have to, and it will likely take multiple injuries for him to be an option on the NHL roster. He did not receive a call-up in 2024-25.

Kings' Martin Chromiak: Four-point burst for Reign
Chromiak scored two goals and seven shots and added two assists in AHL Ontario's 6-4 loss to San Diego on Friday.
Chromiak was involved in all of the Reign's goals in this high-scoring loss. The four-point effort doubled his total for the season -- he's now at five goals and three assists through 11 contests. The 24-year-old winger earned a two-way contract in June for the 2025-26 campaign, but he doesn't seem particularly close to getting a look for his NHL debut with the Kings since his offense has yet to really stand out in the AHL.

Kings' Corey Perry: Goal, fight in loss
Perry scored a goal on two shots and added five PIM in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Panthers.
Perry briefly gave the Kings a 2-1 lead in the first period with his goal. The winger also got into a late scrap with A.J. Greer near the end of the contest. Perry continues to impress for the Kings, with his role looking like a power-play specialist. He's now at six goals, three assists, 24 shots on net and a plus-4 rating through nine appearances this season. As long as the production is there, he's worth consideration in fantasy as a waiver-wire pick-up.

Kings' Anze Kopitar: Tallies on power play
Kopitar scored a power-play goal on three shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Panthers.
The goal was Kopitar's first of the season. He has three points over his last four games. The 38-year-old center is at one goal, six helpers, 17 shots on net, 12 blocked shots, 11 hits and a plus-6 rating over 11 appearances. He missed some time due to a foot injury in October, but it's unclear if that has continued to hamper his performance since he returned to the lineup Oct. 25.

Kings' Anton Forsberg: Gives up five goals in loss
Forsberg stopped 19 of 24 shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Panthers.
Forsberg has allowed five goals in two of his five outings so far. The 32-year-old was shaky from the start but escaped the first period with the game tied at 2-2 before the Panthers locked things down in the final 40 minutes. Forsberg is now 2-2-1 on the year with a 3.54 GAA and an .878 save percentage. The Kings have struggled on the whole, and they're not getting a lot of help from the backup netminder to provide steady play. Expect Darcy Kuemper between the pipes as the Kings kick off a road trip in Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Kings' Liam Greentree: In on all three goals in OHL win
Greentree scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Windsor's 3-0 win over Kingston on Thursday.
Greentree has 11 points over his last five games. The Kings prospect is up to a total of 10 goals, 19 points and 49 shots on net across 11 appearances this season. That's still a slower per-game pace (1.73) than he had last year (1.86) in a 49-goal, 119-point effort over 64 appearances. Nonetheless, Greentree's offensive skills are not in question as he continues to light things up in what's set to be his last year in junior hockey.

Kings' Jan Chovan: Two points in OHL loss
Chovan scored a goal and added an assist in OHL Sudbury's 6-2 loss to Barrie on Thursday.
Chovan is up to eight points in 15 games, earning all of those points within his last nine outings. A sixth-round pick of the Kings in 2025, the Slovak forward could have a long path to the NHL, if he gets there at all. His slow start in the OHL is not an encouraging first step for him in North American hockey.

Kings' Anton Forsberg: Tending twine Thursday
Forsberg will start Thursday's home game against the Panthers, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.
Forsberg has started in just one of the Kings' last eight games, but he'll get the start against a Florida squad that has struggled early in the season, scoring just 2.54 goals per game, which is the fourth-worst mark in the league. Over four appearances this year, Forsberg has gone 2-1-1 with a 3.18 GAA and .894 save percentage.

Kings' Akil Thomas: Two points in AHL win
Thomas scored a goal and added an assist in AHL Ontario's 2-1 overtime win over San Jose on Tuesday.
Thomas is up to seven points over 10 games for Ontario this year, though he has three multi-point efforts. It would be good to see a little more consistency from the 25-year-old. It's unclear if he'll get a chance at the NHL level this season -- he could if injuries arise for the Kings, but he might benefit from a change of scenery at this point in his career.

Kings' Drew Doughty: Fills empty cage
Doughty scored an empty-net goal and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Jets.
Doughty's two goals this season have come over the last four games. The 35-year-old defenseman is up to five points, 20 shots on net, 20 blocked shots, 10 hits and a plus-5 rating through 14 appearances. He can reach a higher pace, but age could be a concern if his offense doesn't get on track soon. Doughty still offers upside with his all-around production, and he remains in a significant role as the Kings' top blueliner.

Kings' Kevin Fiala: Boosts lead with power-play goal
Fiala scored a power-play goal on two shots and added two PIM in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Jets.
Fiala doubled the Kings' lead to 2-0 with five minutes left in the third period. The 29-year-old winger has two goals and an assist over his last five outings, but he's still looking for his first multi-point effort. He's maintained a decent pace on offense with six goals, four helpers, 46 shots on net, nine hits, eight PIM and a minus-5 rating over 14 contests. Fiala's places in the top six and on the first power-play unit remain secure, so his offense should also be stable.

Kings' Adrian Kempe: Tallies opening goal
Kempe scored a goal on three shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Jets.
Kempe broke a four-game goal drought with his tally at 17:09 of the first period. He still had three assists in that stretch as part of a larger seven-game point streak. The 29-year-old forward continues to be consistent and productive in a top-line role. He's at six goals, 16 points, 44 shots on net, 34 hits, 12 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 14 appearances this season.

Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Posts shutout over Winnipeg
Kuemper recorded a 23-save shutout in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Jets.
Kuemper quieted a strong offense with this performance, earning his first shutout of the season in the process. The 35-year-old is 2-1-1 with nine goals allowed over his last four games. He's at a 4-3-3 record with a 2.57 GAA and a .900 save percentage through 10 starts overall. The Kings host the Panthers on Thursday to close out a four-game homestand before heading east for a road trip that begins Sunday in Pittsburgh.

Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Tending twine Tuesday
Kuemper will guard the home goal versus the Jets on Tuesday, Dennis Bernstein of The Fourth Period reports.
Kuemper has allowed nine goals on 88 shots while going 1-1-1 over his last three games. The 35-year-old will make a fourth consecutive start, his longest run between the pipes so far in 2025-26. The Jets are averaging 3.75 goals per game, best in the NHL, which will make this a tough matchup for Kuemper.

Kings' Liam Greentree: Big performer in win Sunday
Greentree had a hat trick and an assist in OHL Windsor's 5-2 win over Flint on Sunday.
Greentree has already logged multiple points in six of his 10 appearances this season, but this was his best game of the season for the Spitfires. The Kings prospect hasn't had a point streak of more than three games yet, but the explosiveness of his offense at times (nine goals, seven assists) is exciting. The 19-year-old winger signed his entry-level deal in July of 2024, so he's right on track to reach AHL Ontario next season.
