Flopper is an enemy from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. It is first encountered in Stage 1 of Rock Star. It does not yield a Copy Ability if swallowed. Flopper is a fish with a red body, white belly and yellow fins. Flopper is usually seen on land flopping around in place, hence its name. When in water, Flopper will often leap out of it to try and catch Kirby. Given that Kirby can inhale underwater in the title this enemy appears in, Flopper can then be held over Kirby's head to help him swim through the water faster.

Floppers also appear as obstacles in the intense level of 100-Yard Hop, where they stay in place, flopping. They slip up a racer when landed on and then disappear, functioning identically to the banana peel in lower difficulty settings.
