But while she’s a generally kindhearted person, she also loves the nitty gritty of reality television. She isn’t afraid to ask the tough, raw questions and is a master at getting under people’s skin juuuust enough to provoke drama but not enough to create animosity against herself.
- Fashionable Asymmetry: Her dress has a proper sleeve on one side, and a detached sleeve on the other side.
- The Host: This is her official position, and according to her bio, she generally keeps a professional demeanor with the contestants, probing them just enough to cause drama but not enough to make her hated by them.
- Long Hair Is Feminine: While it can't be seen in her host outfit due to her bun, a promotional image with her hair down

Growing up, Analise has always been told how beautiful she is which has allowed her to experience certain opportunities that her peers did not get to. Her reliance on her looks has created a skewed perception of reality as she has been able to coast through life without much adversity. As a model, her career continues to validate this mantra and she is expecting to reach even more people by competing on Reality Resort. Is there more behind the curtain or is what you see what you get with Analise?
- Achievements in Ignorance: Once it's down to a tie between the teams competing for the last score in the last team challenge, Analise wins for her team by accident.
- Attention Whore: She thanks Seth for giving her attention in a message shown in the first eviction interview, admitting that she was worried she wouldn't get any on the show. It also implies that was the reason why she became a model and an influencer to begin with. She also becomes upset when Victoria mentions she could be edited out.
- Bare Midriffs Are Feminine: She wears a red tube top that exposes her stomach, and she's a model who's come to believe that Beauty Is Best.
- Beauty Breeds Laziness: Not only does her bio reveal she's relied on her good looks, it also confirms her beauty has caused her to experience rare opportunities. However, this skewered how she views reality due to not facing many difficulties. When asked about her strategy during her interview with Victoria, she even says that if she can't get by the game on her own, she'll just have other people do the challenges for her if she doesn't feel like it.
- Beauty Is Bad: Downplayed. Analise is considered fairly attractive in-universe, and while she's not malicious or villainous, she does tend to look down on other people like Cheryl and Sarah.
- Beauty Is Best: This is pretty much what Analise has been made to believe her whole life, with her career as a model only further reinforcing this belief.
- Betty and Veronica: Analise is the Veronica to Sarah's Betty and Brad's Archie.
- Big Ego, Hidden Depths: She comes off as vain, arrogant, and seems to like being a model. However, she also suggests to Vijay that she's actually not truly happy with being a model and that she doesn't think as highly as herself as she lets on.
- Brainless Beauty: While she's attractive and is considered gorgeous in-universe, she doesn't seem to be smart either.
- Break the Haughty: She's introduced as vain and judgmental. However, while competing, she fails in several challenges, gets several Amusing Injuries, and Brad loses his affection for her despite her being attracted to him. After flunking one of said challenges, she cries and confides in Vijay that the game makes her feel "stupid" and "not good enough".
- Butt-Monkey: Analise receives a lot of the show’s Slapstick as in the third challenge, she is repeatedly sprayed for getting wrong answers and in the fifth one, she gets hit with a volleyball repeatedly, messed up shots, and collides into Finn.
- Clingy Jealous Girl: She gets jealous when Brad talks to other girls like Sarah. This also motivates her to perform better at one point in the final team challenge.
- Everyone Has Standards: She doesn't seem to approve of using violence for anything as she told Victoria.
- Expy: Appears to be one of Lindsay from Total Drama, being a Brainless Beauty who quickly develops interest in a jock on the opposing team.
- Graceful Loser: A mix of this and a Sore Loser. She's visibly annoyed upon being evicted and gives Brad his gift for her back. However, she also congratulates Sarah on her win, even if slightly begrudgingly. Furthermore, she leaves happily accompanied by her newly gained Gay Best Friend, stating she doesn't care about losing, as she gained more by having a new friend and managing to come in clutch for her team twice.
- Inferiority Superiority Complex: For all her narcissism, she confides to Vijay when he catches her crying, stating that the show has made her realize how incompetent she is.
- Ironic Name: Her name is Analise. Despite how it sounds, rather than analytical, she's a Brainless Beauty.
- The Klutz: When asked what her family or friends would think of her, she replies with beautiful, reliable... And accident-prone.
- Literal-Minded: To help show she's a Brainless Beauty, she doesn't seem to understand figurative language as she becomes grossed out when Brad tells her and Seth that Topaz "is going ham" in preparations for the first Block Battle, stating that she's vegan.
- Long Hair Is Feminine: She has the longest hair of the cast, which is meant to add to her feminine Ms. Fanservice characteristics.
- Ms. Fanservice: She's acknowledged to be very beautiful, works as a model, and wears the most revealing outfit out of the female cast besides Olive.
- Narcissist: She's very prideful about her good looks, self-absorbed, doesn't really care about anyone besides herself (which she proves by getting every question wrong in the fifth episode), and merely enjoys getting attention from others, as she admitted in Seth's post-eviction interview.
- Odd Friendship: She manages to befriend Vijay of all people at the start of the Jury Phase, with him acting as her Gay Best Friend.
- Proud Beauty: She knows she's beautiful and doesn't miss an opportunity to flaunt it.
- Romantic Runner-Up: She loses her Love Triangle with Brad to Sarah.
- Ship Tease: She gets some with Seth, starting with the premiere episode where she seems interested in him as he's flirting with her until his elimination.
- Stripperiffic: Her outfit is easily the most revealing out of all the girls in the show.
- The Team Benefactor: Surprisingly, in spite of her status as a Butt-Monkey and her biggest strength being her good looks, she contributes to 2 out of 3 of her team's victories.
- The Tease: She sometimes flirts back with guys flirting with her, even if she's not that interested in them. In Seth's post-eviction interview, she blows a kiss to him after saying she enjoyed his attention, causing Seth to outright describe her as such.
- This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman!: Her focus on beauty translates to a great aesthetic sense. And she became the MVP in the 4th challenge for finding the correct colors of the seashells and assemble a close seashell potrait of Victoria, which is useful since she's the weakest competitor 1 challenge ago.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Although she goes through a Humiliation Conga in Episode 9, Analise does become more competent at the challenge with time and ultimately wins for her team, even if by accident.
- Turned Off by the Jerkass: While she and Seth seemed to have feelings for each other originally, Analise loses any affection she's had towards him following his loss at the first Block Battle after he displays his Sore Loser attitude in front of everyone. Granted, she still thanked him for giving her attention and blew him a kiss in a message shown in the first eviction interview.
- Ungrateful Bitch: As pointed out by Sarah, Analise doesn't really show Brad much gratitude for nominating himself just to keep her in the game in the fifth episode.
- Vanity Is Feminine: She's vain and one of the most feminine characters.

If there’s a party, chances are Brad is there. He is all about living in the moment and putting himself in precarious situations just for the memories. His ability to be spontaneous and think on his feet is what led him to becoming the president of his fraternity… even if what he comes up with aren’t the best ideas. As long as you don’t get in his way, you won’t find out about his alter ego, Mad Brad. He usually skips leg day, but in preparation for Reality Resort, Brad has started getting his butt into shape for what could be the best party of his life.
- A Lighter Shade of Black: In spite of being The Chessmaster, he's not as antagonistic as some of the other scheming players, such as Marcus or Olive. In one of his interviews, he claims he'd help Seth out had they been on the same frat together, he learns to genuinely appreciate Sarah, and he doesn't show any animosity towards Kylie when competing against her in a Block Battle.
- Because You Were Nice to Me: He develops a closer bond with Sarah after he realizes that, unlike Analise, she's always been there for him.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: While he puts up a front of being a friendly guy, he does this to get people to like him and he has no qualms playing dirty.
- The Casanova: In the premiere episode alone, he can be seen flirting with Analise, Kylie, and Sarah.
- The Charmer: His charisma gets a couple girls attracted to him and he easily gets others to follow his lead.
- The Chessmaster: He's easily able to convince his teammates who to nominate for eviction, choosing the only person the nominee from the opposing team would have a chance to win against so that both his team would see him as credible and Topaz would feel indebted to him for his help. Justified, as his background as a psychology student helps him to easily read and influence other people.
- Evil Gloating: In Seth's post-eviction interview, Brad laughs at having orchestrated his elimination and mocks him to consider it a wake-up call.
- Excellent Judge of Character:
- He uses this as an argument to make Analise stay away from Seth, claiming he had to be able to watch out for and kick out many guys with ulterior motives like him from his fraternity. To his credit, he's able to predict espresso martini being in her taste. He's also able to tell Seth is an easily distracted person.
- This helps him in his Block Battle in Murder Mystery episode. He's the only nominee who's able to deduce Drew must have been the "murderer" based on his recent behavior, sparing himself from eviction.
- Expy: Being The Strategist who relies on a mix of being The Charmer, The Chessmaster and a False Friend, he's easily comparable to Alejandro from Total Drama. Their color palettes are also quite similar.
- False Friend: Part of his strategy is to put up a friendly facade to be on everyone's good terms.
- Life of the Party: His bio more or less describes him as a party animal.
- Love Makes You Dumb: With Analise’s initial interest in him apparently waning, and despite Tino’s warnings to not think with his “second head”, Brad recklessly decides to put himself up for nomination by telling the Emus to vote for him so that he can try to impress her during the challenge against Kylie, though he seems to realize what a dumb decision that actually was once he’s nominated.
- Manipulative Bastard: He seems good at manipulating people. In the premiere episode, he tries to convince Analise that she should avoid Seth because he has ulterior motives for her.
- Official Couple: He forms one with Sarah as of "A Traitor Among Us" after she gives him the second chance.
- Pet the Dog:
- While he comes off as devious and arrogant, he reveals he'd likely help someone like Seth back at school and seems to genuinely mean it, implying he does have a kinder side.
- He eventually develops a genuine bond with Sarah after appreciating her kindness to him when Analise wasn't paying attention to him.
- He seems genuenly friendly and close to Finn. He tells Finn that he believes him when he says he didn't tell the house about Kylie's Legacy Idol, and the two later talk about their shared girl troubles when Brad talks about how he is starting to feel like a pawn to Analise and Finn relates with him due to his ex-fiancée always putting her career first.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Delivers one to Seth in the latter's post-eviction interview, saying that his attitude is a real turn-off.
- Relationship Upgrade: He gets one with Sarah after she gives him a second chance in "A Traitor Among Us".
- Ship Tease: He gets some with both Analise and Sarah, flirting with both of them throughout the show.
- The Strategist: He's among the most strategic contestants, putting up a friendly facade and coming up with reasonable arguments to convince his teammates to put specific contestants up for eviction.
- Verbal Tic: He often does a chuckle which sounds slightly forced.
- Villain with Good Publicity: He quickly establishes a good reputation with his fellow houseguests. He convinces his team to nominate Seth claiming that he's had deal with people like him and he's bad news. After Seth loses to Topaz and acts like a Sore Loser, Brad's team remarks that he was right about Seth and thank him for pushing them to get rid of him, building trust with all of them as well as indebting Topaz to him for his help.
Cheryl
Cheryl Brown

Cheryl’s propensity to be over the top and easily excitable has allowed her to be very successful at her job in marketing. She’s able to break the ice and connect with many people in various ways. While she was never a delinquent, her friends knew her as the “wild child” of her family due to her general curiosity and ability to make friends easily. Since settling down with her boyfriend, she’s tamed some of these quirks but who knows if they’ll come back out on Reality Resort.
- Fatal Flaw: Tactlessness. She’s undoubtedly a good strategist for getting a three-person alliance started early on in the game, but because she’s so used to having to use this strategic brain to make pitches in the board room to an entire room full of people, she doesn’t seem to be used to watching what she says or how loud she says it. Because of this, not only does she have a hand in costing her team the second Immunity challenge because she accidentally brought up Finn’s ex Patricia to him at a bad time and caused him to lose focus during the challenge, but her overly loud nature when talking about her alliance causes Marcus to clue in to the fact that it even exists in the first place. Because of this, Marcus is eventually able to take advantage of these two mistakes to convince Finn to rat his alliance out and get Cheryl and Kylie put up on the block at the risk of exposing him and the girls himself after Finn had just screwed up the challenge for his team and risked facing eviction himself. This leads to her and Kylie being nominated and Cheryl being evicted after losing the Block Battle to the former.
- Fiery Redhead: She has red hair and can be quite Hot-Blooded, especially if someone crosses her, which can be seen when she's mad by Finn's betrayal and Marcus exposing her strategy.
- Flipping the Bird:
- She does this after her elimination in episode 4.
- She does this again to Marcus during her cameo in Finn's nomination song.
- Genki Girl: She's very sweet, excitable, and energetic.
- Graceful Loser: A mix of this and a Sore Loser. She's quickly cheered up by Kylie after losing a Block Battle to her, shows support to her, and claims she had a blast playing the game. However, she also flips off the boys, telling them to "eat rocks" and walks up to her boat with a frown on her face.
- Heterosexual Life-Partners: She quickly becomes best friends with Kylie, with their alliance starting as of the first live feed after the first episode. With that said, Cheryl's pre-release interview mentions she has a boyfriend back home while Kylie develops a crush on Finn.
- Nervous Wreck: She panics upon being unable solve the puzzle of the second Block Battle.
- This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman!: As she points out, her knowledge of human psyche which she needed in her marketing background can come in handy for a reality show like this.
Drew
Drew Flamboni

After graduating high school, Drew went right into the workforce as he thinks college is a scam. By day he’s a zoned out grocery store clerk, but by night he’s a passionate conspiracy theorist. Drew is convinced that the government is out to get him and that most people are corrupt and horrible, which he’ll tirelessly try to prove. He’s chronically online which is how he’s developed these beliefs, oftentimes confusing his own reality with the opinions he holds. Watch to find out if Reality Resort will conspire against Drew.
- Beneath Notice: Drew is able to avoid being voted as the "murderer" in the Murder Mystery challenge thanks to both being underestimated and the victim being his bully being seemingly too obvious choice for him.
- Beware the Silly Ones: Drew has been a Plucky Comic Relief for majority of the season, but he's been able to get away scot-free with being the "murderer" in the challenge by tricking nearly everyone (aside from Brad) into overlooking him as a suspect, nominated three power players for eviction, and managed to orchestrate a double eviction.
- Black Bead Eyes: He's got dotted eyes as a part of his design.
- Bully and Wimp Pairing: The wimp to Isadore's bully.
- Butt-Monkey: He's constantly picked on by Isadore, many other players don't treat him seriously, and he has a tendency to get the prediction for the Block Battle winners wrong, costing him his Legacy Points.
- Cloud Cuckoolander: He makes several absurd theories and somehow manages to link it to a government conspiracy.
- Comically Missing the Point: When Victoria singles Drew out for being the only one who failed to predict Topaz as the winner of the first Block Battle, Drew simply responds with: "Sorry I'm not as easily brainwashed as all of you are."
- Conspiracy Theorist: His main character trait is believing in various conspiracy theories, notably that the government is out to get him.
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: For as big of a Butt-Monkey he is and as annoying as his rants about going against the writers can be to others, he proves he can be very dangerous when underestimated in "A Traitor Among Us". He becomes the "killer" of the Murder Mystery challenge and sucessfully manages to go undetected in the inital investigation, nominates three power players at once, and is dismissed as a suspect during most of their discussion. He manages to outwit nearly everyone, even Marcus, a lawyer, with only Brad noticing how his behavior has benefited him. This results in Marcus and Finn being evicted when only Brad correctly identifies him as the killer.
- Excellent Judge of Character: Ironically for a Conspiracy Theorist like him, he's able to tell Brad merely convinced his teammates to nominate Seth for eviction because the latter is Brad's rival.
- Expy: He appears to have inherited several traits from Total Drama's characters. He gets Shawn's Conspiracy Theorist personality (although Shawn's was related solely to Zombie Apocalypse), has eyes and glasses similar to Harold's, and his general color palette is almost identical to Mike's and even more so to Dave's.
- Intergenerational Friendship: He grows closer to both Marcus and Monica, whom he considers his father and mother figure respectively.
- OOC Is Serious Business: Brad is able to correctly deduce that Drew was the murderer during the Murder Mystery challenge because of his unusually shocked reaction to Isadore's "death" and preemptively choosing to vote for the murderer.
- Plucky Comic Relief: Thanks to being characterized primarly as a Conspiracy Theorist as well as being a victim of Isadore's teasing.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Surprisingly, he delivers one to Isadore in the second live feed, pointing out her own negative traits, such as her leaving her clothes around, not helping to clean at all or judging everyone.
- Scary Shiny Glasses: Drew's glasses shine when he, along with his other two remaining teammates, get motivated to win the challenge in Breaking Point.
- Self-Defeating Argument: When everyone is discussing who might've been the one to "kill" Isadore, when Drew is one of the suspects, he asks why would he want to murder the one person who torments him the most, picks on him the most, calls him every slanderous name in the book, before stopping and realizing "they may be cooking". However, it is revealed that Drew actually invoked this to his advantage, since his bluntness and justification for why he would've killed Isadore made everyone dismiss him as a suspect, when he actually was the killer.
- Smarter Than You Look: Drew, who's been an underestimated Plucky Comic Relief until then, is able to successfully hide his role as the "murderer" in the Murder Mystery challenge and orchestrate a double elimination.
- Throw the Dog a Bone:
- The stinger of "Power Struggle" reveals Victoria awarded Drew as the Host's Favorite Player of this round for being the deciding vote, meaning it's the first time he's got positive Legacy Points for something other than his team winning, especially after getting the prediction for every Block Battle winner wrong thus far.
- In the Murder Mystery challenge, Drew not only wins the title of the Host's Favorite for the second time in a row, but also sucessfully avoids being outed as the murderer in the challenge and orchestrates a double elimination.
Finn
Finn Delgado

Finn is the total package. At least, that’s what he was told until three months ago when his fiancée of two years spontaneously broke off their engagement. Heartbroken, Finn has distracted himself by working tirelessly all day followed by crying sessions at night. His friends signed him up for Reality Resort to help him face the reality that his engagement is over and as an attempt to get him back in the dating game. His love for paleontology is currently the only thing getting him through this tough stage of life, but will Reality Resort be the final hurdle to getting over his past lover?
- Black Bead Eyes: He's got dotted eyes as a part of his design.
- Cowboy: He comes from Texas and both his design and accent make him a stereotypical cowboy.
- Frame-Up: After Vijay discovers that Kylie found a Legacy Idol, and he and Marcus spread word of it to the rest of the house, causing Kylie to be nominated again. Kylie believed that Finn was the one who told everyone since he was the only person she told about it, which is just what Vijay and Marcus planned.
- Graceful Loser: He takes his eviction well, even leaving on cordial terms with Marcus, who had previously blackmailed him to ruin Finn's social game.
- Nice Guy: He's generally very polite and affable with others and takes care of his teammates by cooking for them, which is one of (if not) his most prominent trait. Lampshaded by Marcus in a confessional.
- Not Good with Rejection: He became heartbroken after his fiancée broke off their engagement, which he's still sad over when at the time of joining the show as he becomes sad whenever she's brought up. He even lampshades it himself during a conversation with Kylie.
- Regretful Traitor: He's visibly hurt by being forced to reveal his alliance with Kylie and Cheryl by Marcus.
- Team Chef: Finn is the one cooking for his teammates.
Isadore

Isadore just started college as an undeclared major as she’s got zero clue of what career she wants to pursue. An ongoing battle between how she thinks of herself and how she views the world causes her to struggle with wanting to make the most out of her time on earth despite knowing how awful it can be. While she may appear sweet and innocent, once she opens her mouth she comes across as an entirely different person. Feeling lost, she hopes competing on Reality Resort will be a nice break from the headaches.
- Bookworm: She seems to enjoy reading as she states she's an avid reader.
- The Bully: She quickly chooses to bully Drew upon learning his dorky characteristics, making fun of him or outright slapping him.
- Bully and Wimp Pairing: The bully to Drew's wimp.
- The Cynic: She tends to have low expectations and negative opinion on many things.Sarah: So, has this game been what you expected?
Isadore: You mean watching a bunch of adults running around telling secrets like they're in middle school again? Yeah, can't say I expected less. - Deadpan Snarker: She throws around snarky comments without much emotion.
- Desperately Looking for a Purpose in Life: Her bio states that she started college as an undeclared major due to not knowing what she wants to pursue and after the 4th challenge seeing Analise able to excel due to matching Anelise's strengths, she questions what's she even good at.
- Everyone Has Standards: She's rude towards Drew, but she flips Analise off when she sticks her tongue out at Sarah.
- Expy: She seems to take inspiration from several Total Drama and Disventure Camp characters, like Noah's snarking and lack of motivation, or Duncan with her rivalry towards Drew (even if there’s less animosity than in Duncan and Harold's case).

Kylie is a small, aspiring content creator looking to make it big as an influencer. She fully embraces her dorky nature and quirky interests such as puzzles and anime. The bulk of her audience started following her for her cosplaying videos and speedrun challenges. After blowing his family’s life savings at his latest casino trip, his wife decided enough was enough and kicked him out. During the divorce process, Marcus represented himself, as he is a decent lawyer, and was able to persuade his soon-to-be ex-wife to agree to terms that if he were to get back all of the money he lost, they could terminate the divorce. Coincidentally, Reality Resort is offering just more than enough to cover the costs. Will Marcus’ pessimistic outlook on life ruin his chances to put his life back together, or will he find the courage to win the show and his wife back?
- The Alcoholic: He admits to having a bit of an issue with alcoholism during the “Hosting a Mixer” challenge, which is implied to be another reason that his wife decided to divorce him.
- Blackmail: Marcus blackmails Finn to reveal his alliance with Kylie and Cheryl to the team or else he'd do it for him.

Furthermore, Marcus's lyrics for Monica are cruel, particularly the last verse she finds, so as to increase his own chances of winning. Meanwhile, Monica's lyrics for Marcus are positive, trying to convince him there's still a chance for him to redeem himself.
- I'm Not Here to Make Friends: When Finn calls him out for his mean-spirited behavior and points out it must be miserable for him, Marcus outright says "I'm not here to make friends" and reveals he has nothing left to lose before stating he plays like he's going to win.
- Graceful Loser: In spite of his competitiveness, he takes his eviction quite well, leaving on cordial terms with Finn and Vijay, although he does admit that being walked off by Finn and outplayed by Drew was embarrassing for him.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: In the premiere episode alone, he quickly shows he's not an entirely pleasant fellow, and he’s willing to make some cutthroat decisions and plays to stay in the game, but there are some sprinkles of kindness here and there that show that he’s not all that bad of a guy:
- His main motivation for playing so harshly is his family and a desperate desire to not lose them through being divorced by his wife.
- While he’s more than willing to go against Cheryl while they’re both still in the game and expose her alliance to eliminate a threat, he also lingers on her and Kylie sadly hugging each other after being nominated for a moment when Vijay comments on the savageness of such a move.
- He sounds far more disappointed than smug and gloating when he speaks to Cheryl during her Exit Interview, sounding more like a dad scolding their kid and giving advice on how to do better and be better than a malicious antagonist. He not only notes that her overly-loud nature was what allowed him to catch on to her alliance, but mentions that he still considered her a good kid despite everything and encouraged her to try and work on it for her goals in the future.
- Laser-Guided Karma: After blackmailing Finn earlier in the season and avoiding eviction for two-thirds of the season, Marcus is evicted alongside him in "A Traitor Among Us". Furthermore, his elimination was caused by Drew, whom he underestimated during the challenge.

Now in their teens, Monica’s children feel estranged from their mother and blame the very style of show she has signed up for. She hopes that her kids will watch Reality Resort to see just what their mother is capable of.

Seth has been trying to crack the big leagues since he was drafted out of high school as a pitcher, but his stubborn arrogance has gotten in his way far too many times. He thinks he’s good enough as is and refuses to put in the work to get better. Every winter he comes home defeated but his momma hypes him up to keep trying and make his dream a reality. At 26 years old, he knows his time is running out so in a last ditch effort to secure some money, he applied for Reality Resort. Hoping that some scouts will see him on the show, Seth isn’t ready to give up just yet, but will he finally realize the error of his ways?
- Ambitious, but Lazy: Though Seth clearly want to make it into the big leagues and certainly has enough athleticism to be a decent baseball player on his own, he’s also so convinced that he’s already good enough of a player as is that he refuses to put in any of the actual work necessary to hone his skills to a professional level, to the point where even his “bunk buddy” Tino admits that he can see how he hasn’t broken into the big leagues yet since his work ethic is “basically non-existent”. This is also the reason he ends up being the first boot of the competition since he’s so convinced that he can beat Topaz on his own that he doesn’t even bother to study for the Block Battle and ends up getting creamed when he can’t place the landmarks down into the proper places.
- Book Dumb: He quickly reveals he's not the brightest tool in the shed.
- Brains Versus Brawn: Being a Dumb Jock who didn't prepare for the first ever Block Battle and relied solely on his physical strength, he's the Brawn to Topaz's Brains.
- Casanova Wannabe: He flirted with Analise, but she merely enjoyed getting attention from him. In one of live feed clips, he also fails to get attention from Sarah upon using "Are you from Tennessee?" pick-up line.
- Cheaters Never Prosper: Seth tries cheating during his Block Battle against Topaz, but to no avail. Placing the statues at the exact same podiums Topaz did fails because the podiums have different labels for each contestant, meaning he didn't match the landmarks to their country of origin properly. Throwing rocks at Topaz's statues also only slightly slows her down and it doesn't amount to much since Seth has yet to fix almost all of his answers.
- Color Motif: He's dressed mostly in blue, which might represent his masculinity.
- Decoy Protagonist: He gets a good chunk of focus in the first two episodes and is set up as The Rival for Brad only to end up as the first boot.
- Derailing Love Interests: He loses any chance he had with Analise after showing himself to be a Sore Loser upon losing his Block Battle.
- Didn't Think This Through: Rather than try to figure out the hint and prepare for the first Block Battle, Seth instead chooses to spend as much time with Analise as possible. This results in Topaz being better prepared and winning thanks to her better knowledge of famous international tourist landmarks.
- Distracted by the Sexy: Seth can't bring himself to prepare for the first ever Block Battle because he can't pass up on the opportunity to spend more time with Analise, especially when she's hanging out at the pool in a bikini.
- Dumb Jock: He's a fairly good physically athlete who's rather academically challenged, as evidenced in his Block Battle against Topaz where he can run faster than her, but is only able to properly recognize two of the world's most famous tourist landmarks.

- Fatal Flaw: His arrogance and stupidity not only get in his way according to his official bio, they also cause him to be the first evicted due to him not focusing on preparing for the first Block Battle unlike Topaz.
- Hidden Depths: Although Seth is indeed a Dumb Jock, he displays some level of intelligence, being able to come up with a couple creative ideas to increase his chances during his Block Battle against Topaz. More specifically, he figures out he can just copy Topaz's answers (although he doesn't bother checking if their podiums' labels are the same) and he throws a rock at her statues to make them fall down, slowing her down a bit.
- Literal-Minded: He doesn't appear to understand figurative language. In the first eviction interview, when Victoria uses the phrase "fell on deaf ears," he states it "checks out" because he's partly deaf in his left ear. Given he's a Dumb Jock, this fits.
- Never My Fault: He doesn't seem to be good at admitting to his mistakes as he refuses to acknowledge that him being the first evicted contestant is at least partly his fault. Granted, he at least admits he could have prepared more for the first Block Battle in the first eviction interview.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Seth is on the receiving end of one multiple times. In his post-eviction interview, Topaz claims that not preparing well enough was his demise while Brad says that his attitude is a real turn-off. Even his Only Friend Tino admitted that Seth's work ethic is nonexistent during the show.

It was love at first sight for Tino when he stepped into a gym at the age of 12. Ever since then, he has chased the adrenaline rush of a good workout and has transformed his body to be able to perform any movement he can imagine. After high school he became a certified personal trainer and never looked back, opting to sleep at the fitness center he works at so he doesn’t have to waste time driving there. His propensity to inspire others has made him a popular trainer, but his kindhearted nature is how he maintains his clients. Tino wants to continue inspiring others and felt like coming on Reality Resort was a good avenue to do so.
- The Big Guy: Tino is not only the tallest character in the cast, but also the most muscular one.
- Commonality Connection: He connects with Kylie over both playing video games.
- Expy: Appears to be one of Ryan from Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race and/or Caleb from the reboot. Now, her competitive spirit drives her aggressive coaching style as she attempts to train the next generation of runners. Despite being loud and abrasive, Topaz genuinely wants the best for those she trains, which is fueled by wanting to live vicariously through them. Now that she’s been given a shot at redemption on Reality Resort, Topaz has her eyes set on the prize.
- Boyish Short Hair: She has the shortest hair out of all female characters and her hairstyle is one you could easily picture on a male character to emphasize her tomboyish nature.
- Brains Versus Brawn: With her case of Career-Ending Injury and the fact that she took the time to figure out the clue for the first ever Block Battle and study geography to prepare for it, she's the Brains against Seth's Brawn.

- Expy: Being a female athlete and a Tomboy who quickly took charge of her team much to the annoyance of her teammates, she seems to be one of Jo from Total Drama.

- Hypocrisy Nod: After telling everybody to not bother with the secret advantage, she keeps it to herself, admitting to the camera that she knows it is hypocritical but she's here to win.

Vijay is known back home for his outlandish one-liners and random exclamations that make people laugh. His outgoing nature helps him to get along with almost anybody which in turn has made his yoga classes very successful. Despite the high turnouts, the classes don’t pay much which motivates Vijay to continue acting all buddy buddy with people so that he can mooch off of them just before they start to catch on. This lifestyle has gotten tiresome, so when he came across Reality Resort, Vijay knew exactly what he had to do.
- A Lighter Shade of Black: While he's among the most cunning players, he's shown having regrets about some of his gameplay choices, most notably orchestrating the eviction of his best friend, Charles, unlike Marcus or Olive.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: He pretends to be nice to people to manipulate them, with his profile stating he's done so to mooch off them.
- The Charmer: Part of his strategy is to charm his teammates so they'll like him, with him acknowledging this in a confessional.
- Everyone Has Standards: He's a manipulative guy, but he was put off with Seth acting like a Sore Loser after his elimination.
- Excellent Judge of Character: He's quickly able to tell that Olive's merely a Phony Psychic.
- Gay Best Friend: He eventually gets this role for Analise, with her even stating she's always wanted a gay best friend.
- Manipulative Bastard: He acts friendly with others in order to gain their trust and manipulate them. In a live feed, he reveals he's convinced eighty-five-year-old grandmothers to take his yoga classes.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Vijay expresses his regret over his past dirty gameplay in the first song of the Musical Episode, especially regarding eliminating his friend, Charles.
- Odd Friendship:
- A chill and scammy Vijay quickly befriends Book Smart Asian and Nerdy Charles, with the only thing the two have in common being that they're both gay men, something they don't even discuss with each other upon their first interactions.
- He develops one with Analise while searching for new allies at the start of the Jury Phase, becoming her Gay Best Friend.
- Pet the Dog: While he's manipulative, he celebrates Topaz beating Seth along with the other competitors, implying he has a nicer side.
