Using loops and other media in Logic Pro for Mac

Logic Pro for Mac comes with a large collection of prerecorded loops, offering a great starting point for many of your projects. You can start composing a song by dragging Apple Loops from the Loop Browser to the Tracks area. Combining existing loops and other media files is a quick method for laying down project foundations.

You can download sound packs containing Apple Loops, patches, drum kits, and other material that you can use in your projects. See Download additional sound packs in Logic Pro.

The Project Audio Browser shows all audio files and regions that have been added to or recorded in your project, whether or not they are used in the Tracks area or Live Loops grid.

The All Files Browser shows all supported media files on the local hard disk, home directory, or current project folder. You can use the All Files Browser to import files, search for files using advanced search criteria, and import data and settings from other projects.
