Report a problem with a game in the Apple Games app on iPhone

You can report a problem with a game that you downloaded from the Apple Games app on your iPhone. You can also request a refund.

On your iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, then sign in to your Apple Account.
Tap “I’d like to,” then choose an option from the pop-up menu.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
