Resonance mode in Logic Pro for Mac

Using Resonance mode in Beat Breaker, you can adjust the filter resonance for each slice. This controls how strongly frequencies around the cutoff point are emphasized, adding sharpness or character to individual slices. You set the cutoff point using Cutoff mode, so Resonance works most effectively when a Cutoff setting has also been applied to the same slice. While you can apply Resonance independently, it produces the most noticeable effect when combined with a Cutoff setting on the same slice.

  • Click the Resonance button to select Resonance mode.
