This pull request adds a per-run tracing option for disabling automatically generated task and turn spans.
include_task_and_turn_spansdefaults toTrueto preserve the existing trace hierarchy. Setting it toFalseproduces a more compact hierarchy while retaining agent, generation, function, guardrail, handoff, and manually created spans. The option applies consistently to streaming and non-streaming runs and does not change persistedRunStatedata.
