Truly awful service
Truly awful service. Important document sent from US tracking says 'refused delivery' two days running even though people were in house. No human being answers the phone on a number it took me 40 minutes to find on website. Automated service says they are too busy to answer phone then just 'Goodbye'. Finally got a re delivery date from app which I had to download -how do people without a smart phone cope? Delivery people often taking easy way out and seem to put a card through door rather than wait to see if anyone at home .
