Great way to get parcels

Great way to get parcels, however and I have said this before, the tracking app is useless!
all the app does is say parcel being prepped for ages, the it changes to it's close, nothing more, I get better tracking from the websites that I bought the items from than this app.
The only use for it is to scan the barcode to collect the package!

Parcel was jammed into the locker!

Parcel was jammed into the locker, and was very very hard to get out. Thankfully nothing was damaged in the package.
Delivery drivers need to take more care of other peoples property!

Easy to use

Easy and can collect at time to suit me within 72 hours.
Not so great of an app as it is not very detailed and updates slow.
