Review of Royal Mail
Royal Mail have new staff and haven’t trained them. A bunch of professional thieves stealing data and impersonating and fraudulently signing signature what saved me was gps I’ve never been happy for gps I also have cctv at my premises.
This is one of the worst services ever! I’m cancelling and picking it up

Tbh after the glitch that happened.. cancelled all orders I made but was missing one of them I never assumed it will be shipped out. Called them today to and the customer service was unprofessional about if there’s a error in our system we have the right to cancel and who said you not.. just apply the cancellation to the last order.
