Local, convenient and super easy to navigate. Made the return process so easy it was almost too good to be true. First time using in-post and it’s genius! No waiting in the post office queue or even being limited by their opening times.

Second time purchasing an iPhone upgrade through musicmagpie and I’d highly recommend it. Swift delivery after making a Thursday night order for standard delivery. Arrived 2 days later. Phone also in much better condition than expected as I bought “good” not pristine. Can hardly see any cosmetic damage. Very pleased with my purchase.

Vision Express Harborne is without a doubt my favourite branch in the city. I’ve been to several but this one is different.

From the moment you walk in all staff are attentive and welcoming. You’re made to feel like more than just an appointment slot as they make genuine efforts to spark up conversation and get to know you during your visit. It’s only right to specifically mention Ben because every time I call for an appointment or assistance he makes me feel like I’ve called a friend. Every branch needs a Ben.

Large step, larger than needed for general use but PERFECT size for up tempo step aerobics. I’ve used it almost everyday since it arrived. Delivered in perfect condition and sooner than expected. Just a shame the risers are sold separately.
