Code wheel and text is working, need to check image code, then all other features like pins, get segment clicked etc.
Applied responsive changes to Winwheel.js, made pins and pointer guide responsive, began updates to example html.
Added responsive margin property and tidied up responsive wheel example.
Updated bracketing style and also changed all vars to lets.
Updated with latest responsive code.
Changed var to let in readme example and sorted indenting on the wheel of fortune code.
