Logs are now in JSON structured format, and are accumulated during a request and only logged after the request is complete. OIDC endpoints are now under db transactions if they are POST/PATCH/PUT/DELETE methods.
Add sensitive rate limiting to all post/patch/put/delete routes, not just api endpoints. Response logs should show redirect location if set. Added logging to server start.
