Any possibility on enhancing `update_org_vdc` as described for below query.

I had a VDC of paygo, I want use the sdk to set for unlimited i.e. using cpu_limit as 0 or mem_limit as 0
Not sure of other params though, but please consider tweaking if condition such that allow 0
