To Reproduce

1. Installation steps with PowerShell on Windows --> http://utplsql.org/utPLSQL/latest/userguide/install.html
2. when going to SQL Developer and running
   select substr(ut.version(),1,60) as ut_version from dual;
3. the following error occurs
   ORA-00904: "UT"."VERSION": invalid identifier
4. 00000 - "%s: invalid identifier"
   *Cause:
   *Action:
   Error at Line: 1 Column: 15

Expected behavior
I would expect the version number here.
