Unipept 6.5.0 is a major new release that brings support for the PathwayPilot to Unipept. PathwayPilot is a tool designed to highlight the metabolic activity of the organisms present in samples that are being studied. This is an important hotfix release of Unipept. It fixes an issue where the project explorer view on the left was not always visible (making it impossible to switch between samples).
