I know there is a anonymization, but I don't know how to config it to display ip address. Here is my snapshot:

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you wanting some things anonymized and not others?

It looks like some IP addresses are currently being displayed as blacked-out blocks. I need guidance on how to make the IP addresses visible again.

Ah, sorry, got confused. Do you have TERM set to xterm-256color ? It looks like lnav is running with a limited number of colors and it messed up the highlighting.
