My MSc work on simulation models of human reaction times in the Stroop test. Including simulation runs of Parkinson's disease patients. Includes simulation of original study from Woodward et al., (2002) in addition to simulation of alternating Stroop stimuli to cross-measure reaction times (RT) across trials. Suitable for MATLAB.
