ZPE-Diagram v0.1.0 — bounded structural-and-style diagram codec. Six declared synthetic SVGs round-trip exactly across geometry, color/stroke, and draw order. Out-of-scope inputs (fill, dash, palette escape) rejected at encode time. Not a compression codec.
