Implementation of two interfaces (ICrawledUrlRepository, IPagesToCrawlRepository). Allows to resume crawl after interruption by serialization collections of urls. NOTE in general this will not work because some collections of state are not serialized, for example a collection in CrawlContext. This solves my particular problem
