Touhou Patch Center fork, implementing the following changes:

• On game data pages, untranslated sections are blanked out rather than copied
  from the source language. This is required for leaving out empty sections in
  the parsed patch files, allow patch stacking to work as intended. To achieve
  this, this fork depends on the https://github.com/thpatch/TouhouPatchCenter
  extension.
• The source language of aggregate groups is defined by the source language of
  the first page added to it, and any further page must share the same source
  language. `update.php` applies this constraint to any previously created
  aggregate groups. (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T301311)
• Dynamic message groups (*Recent additions* and *Recent translations*) were
  removed, as we can't guarantee that they share the same source language.
• A redesigned translation interface, merging the original list, page, and
  proofread modes into a single tabular layout.
• The *Priority languages* section was removed from Special:PageTranslation.
