Hello, after reading the docs I wasn't 100% clear on:

• how third party dependencies for python are managed
• if a virtual environment is bundled in with the build target (I suspect it is if we get a .pex file)
• how python packages hosted on a private pypi server might be included and accessed

a lot of the python community are moving towards uv to handle virtual envs and package management (and it's clear how the above points are managed there).

if this is possible, if you provide some directions on how to make these tools play well together I'd be happy to set up a repo as a demonstration. I would love to have the testing benefits (concurrency + dependency graph) of please combined with the third party dependency management of uv!
