Review: Routine Dependency Bump

This is a minimal, automated patch bump of gitversion.tool from 6.6.06.6.1 via Renovate.

Change: Single-line version string update in .config/dotnet-tools.json.

Assessment:

  • Risk level: Very low. This is a build/CI tooling dependency (semantic versioning tool), not a runtime or test framework dependency. It does not affect test execution or framework behavior.
  • 6.6.1 upstream changes: Only a refactor of help/version command handling (GitTools/GitVersion#4839) — no behavior changes to version calculation, no API changes, no bug fixes affecting callers.
  • Configuration note: The rollForward: false pinning in the tool manifest is correct practice for a versioning tool — deterministic builds require a pinned version, and Renovate raising an explicit PR is the right workflow for controlled upgrades rather than silent rollForward.

No design, architectural, or implementation concerns. Auto-merge looks appropriate here.
