cp app/config/config.php.dist app/config/config.php

• get composer http://getcomposer.org/ and install dependencies

    curl -s https://getcomposer.org/installer | php

• install dependencies

    php composer.phar install

• set your web server document root to web directory

• clean cache

    php app/console cache:clear
