To backport the CompactPicker style by adding it to FlareUI and making it compatible with iOS 13. Documentation.

• Implement the CompactPicker style in the FlareUI library in a similar way to the ProminentPickerSubscriptionStoreControlStyle, PickerSubscriptionStoreControlStyle, etc.
• Add snapshot tests for the new style.
