XNotes does not have an option to move pages up or down. If, for some reason, the user types on a page, they won't be able to reposition it; the only option will be to cut the page and paste it somewhere else (with the risk that this page might get misplaced). It would be best to add an option to move the page up or down. The same applies to the bookmarks section, where the order cannot be changed.
