Currently, the camera hub only allows adding one secondary app. This PR adds support for more than one such app. Fixes #50.
Note: this PR builds on top of the android-camera branch, which is still not merged. I've marked android-camera to be the base branch in the PR so that the the new code added here will be easier to review. Once android-camera is merged, I'll change the base branch to main in order to merge into main.
