MiniBoosts v2 introduces workspaces, which allow us to maintain easily. This version also introduces many tests. Unfortunately, the current code is extremely slow compared to v1. I am looking for bottleneck parts.

MiniBoosts v2
MiniBoosts v2 introduces workspace, which allow us to maintain easily.
I wrote some tests for each workspace to verify my code.
Unfortunately, current implementation is extremely slow compared to v1, so that I'm looking for bottleneck parts.
This version does not use Gurobi Optimizer since I am no longer a student.
(I cannot use Gurobi for free)
