Overview
Enhance tooltip trigger. Add overflowOnly prop to show tooltip only if trigger content overflows or ellipses were used.
Examples in other libraries
Who does this impact? Who is this for?
Those who want to show long content in tooltip, but not show tooltip if content is fully visible.
