Our next release is scheduled for mid June. We currently have a v0.9.6 milestone, but I suggest we merge it into the v0.10.0 milestone and release v0.10.0 next so that we can deal with this accumulation of breaking changes:

• Remove ecmwf_macc functions #1654
• pvlib.soiling.hsu takes tilt instead of surface_tilt #1717
• Match pvsystem.i_from_v, v_from_i single diode parameters with singlediode order. #1719
• pvlib.iotools.get_pvgis_hourly's surface_azimuth parameter doesn't use pvlib's azimuth convention #1724

Any objections to the next release being v0.10.0?
