Hi there! Thanks for the awesome action! :)

I've been using the action for some time now but there is a single thing that keeps it from being an ideal fit for my use cases.

Currently, the action creates the PRs in my repos but I do not get notifications about that activity and for that reason the changes do not get merged...
I think this is partially due to me using a PAT that makes me the author of the PR. This also prevents me from being the reviewer...

Is there any way of getting notified of this PRs?
