I just started using tldr and found it very helpful but there is one thing I can't see (I cannot find it 🤷🏾 or it doesn't exist?) I was looking for the version number of the tool.

Different versions of the documented tools might have different options, in most cases these are minor but there are some exceptions where I find it important to know which version the documentation refers to.

We strive to keep a page up to date with the latest version of a tool. We are build on a community that updates the page for a tool after a new version is released, but we can not be always up to date since we have a lot of tools described. It is indeed not visible what version is described, although you could see it in Github in the last PR on a page, if filled in with the PR description template.
