Introduce yourself
Hi everyone, I’m Sam. I’m currently working towards my first role as a front-end developer and using GitHub to learn in public and track what I’m building.
I’ve been focusing on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and some Python, and trying to move away from just tutorials into actually building my own projects (even when they’re a bit rough). I’m also really interested in accessibility and making sure what I build works for as many people as possible.

I want to keep building projects that feel more “real world” and improve the ones I’ve already made instead of jumping between ideas.
Also looking to start contributing more to open source, even if it’s small things like improving documentation or accessibility.

I’ve contributed small accessibility improvements like adding alt text to images, which made me realise how important those details are.
Right now I’m focusing on strengthening my JavaScript and getting more confident building without following step by step guides.
