Faillogs:

The earliest faillog I found was for arm_mpcore_vfp, from Jan 18.

I believe the platforms where failures have been happening are where we are compiling OpenSSL 1.1 and/or OpenSSL is compiled with no-engine. I found a few related issues (termux/termux-packages#2847, pyca/cryptography#4412), but it doesn't look like there will be a fix in cryptography (pyca/cryptography#3867).

I'm a little out of my depth on this one, would there be folks more familiar with OpenSSL be able to help? (@neheb ?)
