When the node edit dialog is open, we show a shade component over various elements as they cannot be interacted with whilst in that state.

Compared to 4.x, the current shade colour has been made very light. Feedback on the beta suggests the shade needs to be darker to give the edit dialog better focus.

In doing so, there are some issues around how the shade is applied across the different components. I've exaggerated the shade colour here to make them more obvious:

Note that some sidebars are allowed to be interacted with whilst in this state - which is why some panels have no shade. That is expected.

The noticeable issues are:

1. Double stacked shade on the RH sidebar
2. No shade behind the LH sidebar
