Hi, I'm working on building nginx with zlib-ng statically linked.
Currently, nginx cannot be compiled with zlib-ng statically because the build process assumes dynamic linking.

I’ve sent a PR to fix this: #644
To make it work properly, we also need to add a build option to support static linking with zlib-ng.

There have already been several fixes related to zlib-ng, but the current code still doesn't fully support static linking.

Any feedback or thoughts would be appreciated.
