Supports more elements. Consistent with the indexing in other parts of ndarray.
Makes arange behave more like numpy's.

Yup, looks like there just haven't been any travis builds since an incompatible pybind11 upgrade. I'll see what I can do about first, then rebase this. May be a while. |
