Adding xenium to conan and adding new release #40

I've opened a PR in conan-center-index to add xenium to conancenter, making it easily added to projects using the conan package manager. However, since I've noticed there have been quite a few useful commits since the last "official" release of xenium (v0.0.2), I wanted to add the latest.
Conan center would prefer if, as long as the project is still maintained, a new release could be made and added to conan center, instead of a reference to the currently latest commit directly. This would maintain xenium's versioning as well going forward, instead of requiring custom cci-date versioning. Let me know if that sounds fine and if you can do a new release, and I'll change the conancenter PR to use that.
