I am relaying this to you from a downstream user, so I don't have the specific information from his system.

He is telling me that docker 20.10.x is not cleaning up iptables rules when containers exit.
I don't know if this is a bug or if it is supposed to not do this, so I wanted to relay the information to you.

The downstream bug report is below. I don't have nvidia hardware so I don't know that I can run the container he is using for the test.
