Issue body actions

• currently, each event supplied to the plugin code is represented by a set of arguments issued as separate function arguments
• given the introduction of the API version, this can be simplified into an array of uint64_t objects
• such change would make it possible to increase the number of supplied plugin data without causing awkwardly lengthy function argument lists
