Hi,

I noticed that the current Homebrew cask for Logisim Evolution is deprecated because the macOS app does not pass Gatekeeper checks.

Homebrew output:

Deprecated because it does not pass the macOS Gatekeeper check! It will be disabled on 2026-09-01.

On my machine, I ran:

spctl --assess --type execute -vv /Applications/Logisim-evolution.app
codesign -dv --verbose=4 /Applications/Logisim-evolution.app 2>&1

Output:

/Applications/Logisim-evolution.app: rejected
Signature=adhoc
TeamIdentifier=not set

This seems related to the older macOS signing/Gatekeeper issue discussed in #505, but there is now a Homebrew consequence: the cask is deprecated and scheduled to be disabled on 2026-09-01.

The repository itself appears active, so this seems specifically about macOS distribution/signing/notarization rather than project maintenance.

Would it be possible to sign/notarize the macOS app bundle?
