Could you clarify the purpose of this PR? BigFrames 2.29.0 has already been released with #2242 |

I am similarly confused. I see we still get release-please PRs in this repo. #2249 Are we migrating to librarian? If so, we might need to be a bit more cautious about what we merge to the |
