This pull request unblocks the release of the google-auth library by removing it from the release-blocked list in .librarian/config.yaml and removing the skip_release: true flag in librarian.yaml. It also includes a minor whitespace cleanup in a system test file. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
