Wrong label in filter search when Layer filter parameter are setted

Steps to reproduce

• open this map and login: http://qa.mapstore2.geo-solutions.it/mapstore/#/viewer/openlayers/3276
• open the toc, the FeaturesGrid of this layer: 'Cities' and the advanced search tool
• select filter by layer and following conditions: 'contain' - District_N = 3
• note a wrong label on 'search' button (the text is 'No filter set...') instead 'Search'
• ignore the message and do the search anyway
• verify the correct response of the filter done

Expected Result

• the correct label 'search' also for this type of filter (as for Attribute Filter and Region of interest filter)
