We should remove the primary green color and shadow from panel headers

Here some panels to change:

• Catalog
• Get Feature Info
• Details
• GeoProcessing
• Map Templates
• Map Catalog
• ...

Additional changes:

• Title font size (see share dialog)
• Left alignment (see share dialog)
• bottom margin where needed (eg. catalog)
• shadow and title query panel (Filter layer)
• x close icon size (see share dialog)

What kind of improvement you want to add? (check one with "x", remove the others)
