Description
Migrates the Firebase Crashlytics Android implementation from Java to Kotlin.
The existing MethodChannel and EventChannel contracts remain unchanged. This migration preserves plugin registration, Firebase Core integration, error recording, collection settings, test events, and ELF build ID extraction.
The Gradle configuration follows FlutterFire鈥檚 AGP 9 built-in Kotlin compatibility pattern.
This PR does not introduce Pigeon or change the public Dart API.
