Hyperkube is a single binary that contains subcommands for starting:

• kube-apiserver
• kube-controller-manager
• kube-proxy
• kube-scheduler
• kubectl
• kubelet

*** Note, this script expects containerd and etcd to be running. To install etcd locally, use the hack/install-etcd.sh command.
