Summary
Adds a troubleshooting section to the debug schema names guide explaining when dbt builds prefixed schemas like \public_silver\ and how to override \generate_schema_name\ for dedicated \silver/\gold\ layouts.
Why
This is a common source of confusion when profile \schema\ is \public\ and models set +schema: silver. The default macro concatenates names, which can make catalog inspection misleading for new users.
